In addition there might be a 1-2% of profit growth profit sharing per month after consulting for 2-7 years.

Amount agreed upon after consulting and presentation is concluded and submitted to the company. 

Plus any amounts owed for travel expenses, back and forth from the company, work lunches, Hotel stay.
