Goal Setting

Goal Set

whether you were given a project to complete or came up with a business Its important to understand your goal to ensure that it gets accomplished.
Tips for goal setting in 3 steps
a) Understand the goal by writing it down and ask questions
b) Enjoy the process as much as possible and do it efficiently
c) Ultimately complete tasks necessary

Calendar

This is your chance at setting a timeline on your goal by placing your goal in a calendar either physical or online making sure its up to date and relates back to the goal of what needs to be completed.

Do you use a Calendar, online or physical, Excel, other applications, or do you use the old fashioned sticky note?

Task Optimization

Breaking the goal down within the calendar into specific tasks, then categorizing them from most important to least, and organizing them in a way that aligns with your needs. While being flexible in case emergencies.

After having broken down your goal into tasks that are attainable and in steps you can move from there and work your way into completion. Try completing one task at a time.

Try a framework to complete project and tasks.
